Admissions Process
Completion of the following items is required for your family to move forward in the application process:

Attend an Informational Meeting in person or via video call with a PCA Director.

Complete a student application.

Pay the $150 application fee (1 per family).

Family interview (scheduled after application & fee are received)

Upon notice of acceptance, complete enrollment forms and pay enrollment fee to secure your student's spot in coming year.
Application processing takes a minimum of 2 weeks and can take as much as 4 weeks depending on the season. Once your application is processed, we will notify you as to whether or not we plan to move forward with an interview. We will not process incomplete applications.
Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will be available December 1st for returning families, and January 1st for new families. Make sure you're on our email updates list to be informed of the latest news and deadlines.
