Admissions Process

Completion of the following items is required for your family to move forward in the application process:​​

• Attend an Informational Meeting in person or via video call with a PCA Director.

• Complete a student application.

• Pay the $150 application fee (1 per family). 

• Family interview (scheduled after application & fee are received)

• Upon notice of acceptance, complete enrollment forms and pay enrollment fee to secure your student's spot in the coming year.

Application processing takes a minimum of 2 weeks and can take as much as 4 weeks depending on the season. Once your application is processed, we will notify you as to whether or not we plan to move forward with an interview. We will not process incomplete applications.

UPDATE: June 25, 2026 - Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year almost full:

• Pre-Kindergarten (2 spots available)

• Kindergarten (FULL)

• 1st Grade (FULL)

• 2nd Grade (FULL)

• 3rd Grade (1 spot available)

• 4th Grade (3 spots available)

• 5th Grade (3 spots available)

• 6th Grade (FULL)

• 7th Grade (3 spots available)

• 8th Grade (3 spots available)

If you apply and the grade is full, then (upon acceptance) your student will be on the Waitlist. If/when a spot becomes available, you will be notified and can decide then about enrolling or not. If a spot does not become available, then you would already be lined up for the following school year's grade and will be notified if/when a spot becomes available.
